Using the app
Timeout Board is a whiteboard for basketball coaches. You can use it for free with a limited number of saved plays. Timeout Board Coach is an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited saved plays, every court design, and future Coach features.
You agree to use the app for coaching and teaching the game — not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or try to break it. What you draw is yours. The app itself, its design, and its name belong to Lee Green Basketball Inc.
Subscriptions
- Plans: Coach is offered yearly and monthly. The current prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Free trial: the yearly plan includes a free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancelling: go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Price changes: if a price changes, Apple will tell you first and you can cancel before it applies.
Purchases are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What we promise, and what we don't
We work hard to keep Timeout Board reliable, but it's provided "as is." We can't promise it will never crash or that it will be available every second — a dead battery in the fourth quarter is still on you. To the extent the law allows, Lee Green Basketball Inc isn't liable for losses that come from using (or not being able to use) the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app grows. If we do, we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
